On November 4th, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued their Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) regarding President Biden’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate. Companies with more than 100 employees will have until January 4th to comply with either requiring workers to be vaccinated against Covid-19 or undergo weekly testing. By December 5th, unvaccinated workers will be required to wear masks in the workplace. While a federal appeals court has issued a stay, we recommend that impacted companies prepare for the upcoming deadlines while litigation is pending.
